2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days for domestic orders.
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or specific destination requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
- For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply based on the weight and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options will incur additional costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).
- International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kircheniova (nobirak.top) is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country’s customs processing and local postal services, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe (plus a few business days buffer) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
6. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
